Inspired by DNA mapping, this laminated colored glass installation spans both sides of the grand central staircase at Michigan State University’s Natural Science Building. There are nearly 200 pieces of glass that are suspended over four floors that reference the way DNA data is often expressed using grids of color. Laminated colored glass fabrication by GlasPro.
